Step #1Â Create a Outbound Voice SurveyÂ
- Click Voice
- Click Surveys
- Click Add Voice Survey
- Give your survey a name and Choose Outbound
Step #2Â Manage your Survey Questions
- From the Action column select Manage Survey Options
- Below is an example of a simple Outbound Survey
Step #3Â Use Your Survey
- Now to use your survey when creating a new Voice Broadcast Campaign select this survey from the Outbound IVR drop down box.
