State of Emergency Declared in Louisiana

Louisiana has declared an emergency that prohibits unsolicited telemarketing calls into the state effective Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at 6:00 AM CDT. We will notify you once the prohibition has been lifted.
In response to the state declaration of emergency in preparation for Tropical Storm/Hurricane Francine, the Louisiana Public Service Commission has been required to report to the Emergency Operations Center, and a mandatory prohibition on solicitation has been ordered.
